A: Absolutely! All of my wedding clients receive timeline planning assistance. I actually have a curated TLWP Wedding Guide that I will send after you book with me. This guide includes sample timelines, vendor recommendations, and more. I'm here to help you with whatever you need!
Q: Can you help me with my wedding timeline for photos?
Q: How far in advance do I need to book? How do I book?
A: Honestly, as soon as you can! Spaces are limited and interest is high. You can reach out at any point though and if I have the availability I will do my best to accommodate. To book, the contract is signed and the non-refundable retainer is paid. Remaining payment is due one month prior to your wedding date.
A: Email money transfer (EMT) using online banking, sent to terrilynnwarrenphotography@gmail.com. Credit can be accepted if necessary. Additional fees may apply.
Q: HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
Q: How would you describe your style?
Timeless and artistic with a film inspired look. I love shooting with a light and airy vibe in mind, but I also enjoy playing with light and shadows for a more dramatic effect in some of my images. I capture a mix of classic poses with some more artistic, creative photos mixed in. During your formals, I am always there to help clients evoke those candid moments by providing posing prompts and providing guidance whenever needed. Throughout the day there will also be many candids and captures of you and your family, friends, and more.
A: No, there is no cancellation fee. However, the retainer is non-refundable once paid. The retainer saves your date time with me, I block off my availability and turn others away for that date.

A: Up to 10 hours is included in the TLWP Wedding Collection, which is typically enough time to capture your day starting with the getting ready and ending with some party shots. If you want to book more time I offer an overtime hourly rate of $800+tax/hour, with availability up to 12 hours.
A: All of your high resolution edited digital images will be delivered through a beautiful online client gallery, which you will be able to share and download. This gallery will save your images for 10 years, but I always recommend downloading and backing up all of your images immediately upon receipt.
Q: How do we receive our photos?
Q: Where are you based? Do you travel?
A: I live just outside of Halifax, in Enfield near the Halifax Airport. I am always happy to travel! Travel fees are calculated using Google Maps, $0.60+tax/km. The first 50 kms are complimentary. For
weddings that are 2 hours or further, overnight accommodations are required.
A: Yes! The signature wedding collection includes a second shooter. There will be a second shooter to help cover the major events throughout the day. It is especially helpful since this allows me to be with and capture one side of the wedding party during their getting ready, while my second shooter simultaneously can be with and capture the other side of the wedding party for their getting ready timeline.
If it's the hourly rate collection that you're looking for (for elopements and intimate wedding days, 6 hours or less), then a second shooter can be added on as an extra cost.

Not every photographer offers albums or professional prints, and in turn this can cause digital images to sit in the digital world forever. Typically if couples aren't presented the opportunity or aren't guided in the process, albums and prints just never happen. And then all of a sudden years have gone by and you don't have anything tangible from your wedding day photos. Fear not though, because over here I believe your images should be preserved and enjoyed, and I'm here to help you with that.

From the details to the candids you didn't even know were happening. THE WEDDING COLLECTION
$6500 plus tax
This signature wedding collection includes a complimentary engagement session, up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage, 500+ digital images, an assistant/second shooter, and the TLWP Welcome Guide. Travel fees vary by location, $0.60/km with the first 50km complimentary. Albums and Prints available as upgrades.
If you are in search of photography for your elopement or intimate wedding (coverage that is 6 hours or less), I offer a rate of $950/hour for this, which includes digital images.
Weddings are booked with a $1000 non-refundable retainer and contract signed. Preferred payment method is EMT (e-mail money transfer).
