ENGAGEMENT COLLECTION
$760 plus tax
The Engagement Session Collection includes 1 hour of time and 50 digital images, delivered in a beautiful online gallery.
Travel is included for local engagement sessions, travel fees vary by location for further sessions. Albums and Prints are available to order following your session, conveniently located in your final gallery.
The Engagement Session Collection is complimentary with The Signature Wedding Collection, when the Wedding Collection is booked first.
Sessions are booked with a $437 (taxes in) non-refundable retainer and contract signed. Remaining $437 (taxes in) is due one week prior to the session date. Preferred payment method is EMT (e-mail money transfer).

Q: CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE STYLING AND DETAILS OF MY SHOOT?
A: Absolutely! All of my portrait session bookings include location and timeline planning assistance. I even have a TLWP Engagement Session Guide that I will send after you book with me. This guide includes wardrobe tips, how to prep for your session, recommendations, and more. I'm here to help you with whatever you need!
Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK? HOW DO I BOOK?
A: Honestly, as soon as you can! Spaces are limited and interest is high. You can reach out at any point though and if I have the availability I will do my best to accommodate. To book, the contract is signed and the non-refundable retainer is paid. Remaining payment is due one week prior to your session date.
Q: HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
A: Email money transfer (EMT) using online banking, sent to terrilynnwarrenphotography@gmail.com. Credit can be accepted if necessary. Additional fees may apply.
Q: HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
A: Timeless and artistic with a film inspired look. I love shooting with a light and airy vibe in mind, but I also enjoy playing with light and shadows for a more dramatic effect in some of my images. I capture a mix of classic poses, candids, and creative imagery. I help evoke candid moments for clients throughout their session by providing photo prompts as well as posing guidance whenever needed.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE?
A: No, there is no cancellation fee. However, the retainer is non-refundable once paid. The retainer saves your date time with me, I block off my availability and turn others away for that date.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?
A: 1 hour is included in your session package. If possible I am happy to stay a few extra minutes if things run over - This is no guarantee as I may have other commitments. If you are certain you will require more time, no problem! You can book more time, in advance, with an overtime hourly portrait rate of $300+tax/hour.
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION ON YOUR WEDDING COLLECTION?

Q: HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
A: Your high-resolution, professionally edited digital images will be delivered through an elegantly curated online client gallery, offering seamless options for downloading, sharing, and preserving. Elevate your experience with exciting upgrades and products found directly in your gallery, including additional digital images, quality prints, and more. This gallery, a digital home for your memories, remains accessible for a generous 1 year, with the flexibility to extend this timeframe for your utmost convenience.
Q: WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU TRAVEL?
A: I am located just outside of Halifax, in Enfield near the Halifax Airport. I am always happy to travel! Travel for local sessions is included in the package. For further sessions, travel fees are calculated using Google Maps and the standard rate of $0.60+tax/km.
Q: WHAT IF IT RAINS?
A: I always book a rain date for clients, just in case, at no additional charge. As we get closer to your session and the weather forecast becomes more reliable, I’ll check to see which date is looking best weather wise for photos (your session date or rain date) so that I can provide you with the best photo session possible.
Q: CAN WE PRINT AND SHARE OUR PHOTOS?
A: Yes! When sharing online or in print publications I just ask that you credit Terri-Lynn Warren Photography. You can print your images on your own by downloading the images in high resolution, or you can send in a print order directly through your gallery for beautiful, professional prints delivered right to your door.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS? WHAT ABOUT VIDEOGRAPHY?
A: I offer heirloom photo albums as well as a variety of other print options, which can all be viewed and ordered through your online photo gallery after your session. I do not offer professional grade videography, however, I do offer minimalistic content creation using iPhone videography as an add on - Another way I help my clients preserve their memories. What sets TLWP Engagement Sessions apart
The Experience
I do my best to get my clients their ideal weather for their session by offering the option to book both the main session date and a rain date. I typically book these dates back to back for best forecast accuracy, but that is not needed if not possible.
Of course there are times that things are out of our control and we make the best of the weather that we have, still continuing to create amazing memories and beautiful captures, but I will always go out of my way to get the very best for my couples.

With years upon years of experience, I have mastered doing it all. Throughout your session I will capture everything from close up details to pulled back shots incorporating the scenery around you. From flattering poses to genuine candids. And everything in between.
I offer many images and poses to ensure that there are a surplus of photos that you absolutely LOVE. Throughout our time together I will be there to guide you whenever needed, ensuring that you are comfortable, your photos are flattering, and that your session is carefree and fun.
